Ronald Penatzer, President of Sentry Mechanical, started his heating, ventilation, and air conditioning career as a Service Technician 39 years ago. He quickly advanced from Foreman, to Service Manager, to Vice-President before moving into his current leadership role. Mr. Penatzer is always looking for ways to further his education by taking advantage of training opportunities and familiarizing himself with the latest technological developments. Previously, Mr. Penatzer supervised Service Technicians with an understanding of scheduling and planning for the HVAC service department. Representing Sentry Mechanical as President, he is responsible for the daily operations of the company. He administers departmental budgeting and sales while overseeing various aspects of projects. He also provides direct support to his staff while performing project management duties. Mr. Penatzer has held the HVAC licenses for Sentry Mechanical in Pittsburgh, West Virginia, and Ohio, contributing to Sentry's success as a union mechanical contracting company in Western Pennsylvania for twenty-five years.
